Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within:

During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship through major carriers including:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • Other regional carriers when appropriate

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • Additional shipping fees may apply
  • Refunds may be reduced by original shipping costs

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is transferred to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our direct control. However, we will do our best to help resolve carrier-related issues.

Weather & Heat Exposure

Some botanical products may naturally vary slightly in:

  • Color
  • Viscosity
  • Aroma
  • Texture

Exposure to heat during shipping may temporarily alter consistency but does not necessarily indicate product failure.

That said, if your package looks like it fought a gladiator battle in the back of a delivery truck, send photos.
