Returns & Refund Eligibility
Due to the personal-use nature of our products, opened or used products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Eligible for Return or Refund
You may request a return or replacement if:
- Your order arrived damaged
- You received the wrong item
- Your order was lost in transit
- The product arrived leaking or defective
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products with broken safety seals
- Custom or special-order items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Because many products come into direct skin contact, we cannot safely restock or resell opened items. Tiny botanical chemistry gremlins and sanitation standards agree on this one.

Shipping Damage
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Photograph the package before opening if possible
- Keep all packaging materials

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
